We are happy to add one more level of stability to our community. Primrose Retirement Community of Tyler is offering a rate lock of base rates and a rate lock of our levels of care through spring of 2025!

What does that mean for you?
The apartment rate is the rate you pay until Spring of 2025! If you are adding a level of care, our fee structure for those levels will remain the same through spring of 2025.

The level of care may change based upon follow-up assessments or changes in health status.
